Responsibilities

Insurance Management

• Sourcing and procure project insurance coverage policies in line with the project requirements.
• Registration, processing, and adjudication of insurance claims within turnaround time.
• Ensure computed claims settlement and verified reimbursements from insurers are valid.
• Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and end users.
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks.
• Prepare and analyse claims statistic report monthly include, updating the documentation processes.
• Proactively identify problems with the team or end user and provide solutions.

• Updating and maintaining all related records and trackers.
• Coordinate and address issues when they arise aiming for minimum operation disruptions.
• Responsible in maintaining good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.

• A recognised Degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Engineering or any other related fields. (preferably degree specialized in Insurance/Risk Management )
• Above 7 years' experience with minimum 5 years in insurance industry.
• Experience in insurance claims management and operations and/or Loss Adjuster.
• Knowledge in telecommunications, Rail, Civil and M&E, construction, and ICT (Network & Infra and software) environment. Subject matter expert in insurance policies namely CAR, EAR, CECR, Public Liability and others.
• Candidate must possess strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical, time management and interpersonal skill.
