Sourcing and procure project insurance coverage policies in line with the project requirements.
Registration, processing, and adjudication of insurance claims within turnaround time.
Ensure computed claims settlement and verified reimbursements from insurers are valid.
Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and end users.
Interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks.
Prepare and analyse claims statistic report monthly include, updating the documentation processes.
Proactively identify problems with the team or end user and provide solutions.
Others
Updating and maintaining all related records and trackers.
Coordinate and address issues when they arise aiming for minimum operation disruptions.
Responsible in maintaining good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, standards, and best practices.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
Requirement
A recognised Degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Engineering or any other related fields. (preferably degree specialized in Insurance/Risk Management )
Above 7 years' experience with minimum 5 years in insurance industry.
Experience in insurance claims management and operations and/or Loss Adjuster.
Knowledge in telecommunications, Rail, Civil and M&E, construction, and ICT (Network & Infra and software) environment. Subject matter expert in insurance policies namely CAR, EAR, CECR, Public Liability and others.
Candidate must possess strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical, time management and interpersonal skill.
