Make sure to achieved monthly sales target and meet # of customer\xe2\x80\x99s engage/ consult
Manage Engagement - customer consultation
Manage and update daily (personal) customer data for consultation. Merch and set daily target customer data to follow up
Blasting targeted customer with consultation and product info (poster, video, scripts, ebook, Q&A, info) and develop customer trust with good relation and communication.
Engage customer to follow up and consultation session. Communicate via call, whats Apps or Respond.io
Collect customer feedback and testimonial for
Provide consultation session. Monitor customer health status and update customer data in aafiyat green card (ACORE)
Manage sales activities with promo, offering, up sell, cross sell, down sell followed customer solution and need
Record sales transaction in ACORE
Entertain all query and complaint from customer
Answer and entertain all query from customer via Respond.io, Hotline and other socmed platform
Provide 5 star level of consultation and customer experience
Process enquiry and complain received and hand over to other related department (if any)
Communicate using Q&A and simple language to answer customer question
Reply and update customer on query and complaint status from time to time
Job Type: Contract Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month Schedule:
Monday to Friday
