Job description:
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and requests at the counter.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and effective manner.
Ensure the counter area is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
Provide product/service information and answer questions from customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other counter-related administrative duties as required.
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or any related field
Good in speaking English and Malay
Have a good personality and attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
