To assist the Company Secretary in attending to all the corporate secretarial matters in accordance with the Company Act
To be able to handle secretarial duties with minimum supervision
To assist in enhancing workflows and systems of the secretarial department and handling of SSM MyCoID portal
Prepare resolution, statutory documents and ensure timely filing to SSM
Convene meeting, prepare board papers, notice of meeting, circulars , minutes of meeting, matters related to AGM & EGM
To keep abreast of latest developments where necessary to of CA 2016, SSM regulations, Listing, SC Act, MBRS, and Corporate Governance
Ensure directors comply with board charters, and compliance to relevant laws and regulations
Maintain client invoices and statement of accounts

Job Requirements

Candidates may possess qualifications either MAICSA / MACS / Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia Licence or MIA membership
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in the Company Secretarial practice
Fresh graduates in Corporate Administration, Law or Accounting will also be considered
Familiar with basic provisions of the Companies Act and Main Market Listing requirements
Good in oral and written communication of English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to speak and write Mandarin will be added advantage
A good team player, meticulous, resourceful, a positive attitude with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
