- Manage and grow our social media channels, fostering engagement and building brand

- Create and curate engaging content, including captivating visuals and thought-provoking

captions.

- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and implement innovative strategies to increase

reach and engagement.

SEO Specialist:

- Optimize our website and digital content to improve organic search visibility.

- Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies.

- Analyze website performance and provide recommendations for enhancing user

experience.

CRM Executive - Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement Expert:

- Implement and manage CRM systems to enhance customer interactions and drive

customer retention.

- Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights and develop personalized

marketing campaigns.

- Monitor and report on CRM metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Loyalty Program Guru:

- Develop and execute loyalty programs to drive customer loyalty and increase customer

lifetime value.
