Prepare overall arrangement for training and its requirements such as notification of training program confirmation, venue booking/setup, HRDC documentation (grant application/claim submission), etc.
Assist to establish and monitor the annual training calendar, training participation, and attendance.
Ensure the compliances of training policies and standard operating procedures are observed all the time and also the accuracy of all training database records.
Prepare monthly report on training programs and assist in preparation of Talent Development proposal for management\xe2\x80\x99s approval, if necessary.
Partner HR Business Partners to support learning and development needs and propose appropriate interventions
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Social Science or equivalent with minimum 4 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years of working experience
Postgraduate or Diploma in Training and Human Development and/or Certificate in Training Competency will be an added advantage
High learning agility to cope with the fast pace of change environment
Demonstrate leadership ability to lead projects
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with all levels of associates
