Overview
The candidate will be responsible for assisting all HR functions at the Penang branch, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and offboarding. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the head office in Kuala Lumpur to ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a positive and productive work culture.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interview coordination, and new hire orientation
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in line with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisal tracking
  • Prepare routine HR reports and support data compilation for internal reporting purposes
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist in offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and clearance processes
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and day-to-day operations
Education and professional skills/ knowledge
Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields
  • With at least one(1) year of experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Other skills:
  • Able to multi-task, well organized, work independently, good team spirit and team collaboration
  • Practice high ethical work confidentiality and able to meet tight deadlines
  • A great "Can do" attitude and ability to propose innovative ideas/ solutions
  • Good communication skills (both oral & written) and able to interact effectively with all levels
