Job Description

We are currently seeking a Field Sales Executive (Hunter Role) based in Johor Baharu to join DHL Global Forwarding Malaysia! The Field Sales Executive (Hunter Role) will be responsible for meeting sales revenue budget from the portfolio level located via retention, development and acquisition activities, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities.

The role responsibility consists of:

• Developing sales plan, strategy, activities to achieve the target budget of the year.

• Responsible in hosting professional presentation of the range of standardized products to our clients. At most, establish and offer customized product to meet the clients needs.

• Manages a defined portfolio of potential clients and win them for a lasting business relationship with DGF Malaysia.
• Develop and maintain strong existing customer relation and loyalty to ensure client satisfaction of our services.

• Negotiate with client on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedure
• Ensuring customer commitments are communicated to respective operations.

• Responsible for establishing, responding customer profiles and needs/complaints/inquiries.

Additional support requires to perform as Field Sales Executive:

• Perform roles and responsibilities in compliance with Company Policies, Procedures and Instructions.
• Report activities, quotes, sales calls and other information through customer database system.
• Communicate and Support our Internal Stakeholder (eg. Account Receivable Function).
• Secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customers.
• Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms.

To be successful in this role, you are requires having:

• 1-2 years of working experience in the freight forwarding business in Malaysia Market.

• Possess a higher academic record in any equivalent academic studies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Application (Tech-Savvy individual will be added advantage).

• Able to be Customer-Centric, strong communication skills and aggressive character to engage with customers.
• Capable to be resilience, proactive and have positive mindset to adapt the fast-paced environment.

• Candidate able to be based at Iskandar Putra, Johor Baharu.
