Job Description


Your role as an Exhibition and Product Marketing Specialist, is to coordinate and manage regional and local exhibitions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

(Exhibition coordination)

  • Develop a yearly plan for regional and local exhibitions and maintain an updated master list for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct planning and preparation meetings to finalize event details.
  • Lead internal stakeholders in preparing and executing exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with external collaborators and contractors for booth setup, printing, promotional items, refreshments, and other supplies.
  • Manage the planning and booking of necessary facilities for both internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Attend to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and speakers during the events.
  • Assign roles to internal stakeholders and prepare post-event review reports within two weeks, including ROI analysis.
(Company hosted events; Webinars, Workshops, and other marketing activities)
  • Set yearly targets for the quantity and type of company-hosted events.
  • Lead internal stakeholders in preparing and executing these events.
  • Coordinate with external collaborators as needed.
  • Manage the planning and booking of necessary facilities for internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Attend to KOLs and speakers during the events.
  • Assign roles to internal stakeholders and prepare post-event review reports within two weeks, including ROI analysis.
  • Chair webinars and company-hosted workshops when required.
(Regional website coordination)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update regional websites and social media platforms.
  • Consolidate company\'s eyecare websites and social media accounts in the region, including those of distributors.
  • Ensure website design and concept align with the company\'s brand where appropriate.
  • Liaise with distributors and coordinate Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts with external suppliers.
  • Monitor marketing ROI from digital marketing activities, including websites, social media, and direct mail.

  • Adhere to predetermined KPIs and provide weekly status reports.
  • Follow the company\'s job dispatching/assignment system to prevent errors and delays.

  • Develop and update detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to them.

  • Bachelor\'s degree (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in market research.
