Job Description

• Provide consultation, advisory, and recommendation service to customers on products.
• Perform aromatherapy & simple massage therapy.
• Approaching customers and making appointments with customers.
• Build customer relations through follow-up appointments.
• Monitor stock levels and sales, and re-order items when necessary.
• Keep up to date with new ranges of products and product promotions.
• Maintains ambiance of the retail outlet, ensure the tidiness of the stock shelves and organise sales areas.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• 6 working days per week (rest day on Monday)
• Experience in sales, preferably in beauty, spa and aromatherapy industry.
• Good attitude with presentable, well groomed and good interpersonal skills.
• Self confidence and courtesy.
• Ability to work proactively and independently.
• Great communication skills.
• Managing appearance related stress of clients and resolving problems.
• Computer literacy on basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and POS System will be an added advantage.
• Malaysian only.
