Spa & Wellness Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of professional spa and wellness treatments in accordance with company SOPs. Ensure all treatments are delivered with professionalism and attention to client comfort and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms and spa facilities at all times. Create a calm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Attend training sessions as required to maintain high service standards. Promote wellness products and services when appropriate. Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

Experience in spa, massage, or wellness therapy preferred (training provided for suitable candidates). Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to follow SOPs and maintain hygiene and service standards. Willingness to learn and improve skills through ongoing training. Basic communication skills in [Malay and English]
