We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented UI/UX/Marketing Associate to join our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) Team.
This role supports marketing initiatives, product branding, client communications, and UI/UX design for our HRMS solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, business development, and design teams to enhance user experience, deliver engaging content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key accountabilities
UI/UX Design & Interface Management:
Collaborate on UI/UX mock-ups using Figma, review system interfaces for brand consistency, usability, and user-friendly design, and assist in system testing/bug reporting.
Client Communications & Digital Content:
Create, edit, and distribute newsletters to clients (system updates, HR news, product releases), and prepare compelling content and graphics for social media posting and other key communications.
Marketing & Video Production:
Produce and edit system guide videos for client onboarding and product tutorials, and support event-related video editing.
Product Branding & Digital Asset Management:
Maintain consistent product branding in collaboration with the BDC team, manage and update the external website, and monitor marketing support emails.
Marketing Strategy & Event Support:
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies (including social media initiatives) to increase product visibility and adoption, and provide comprehensive marketing support for events (design, materials, newsletters ).

Strong writing skills for diverse platforms including newsletters, social media, and presentations.

Requirements
Recognized Diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related discipline.
At least 1 years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or HR solutions
Knowledge of digital marketing initiatives (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media campaigns).
Familiarity with HR trends and HRMS products.
Basic knowledge of website builders or Content Management Systems (CMS) for updating and maintaining web content.
Basic understanding of front-end workflows to collaborate effectively with developers.
Experience in video editing/planning.
Basic event management/planning
Ability to be accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks.
Ability to work well with others and independently when needed.
Willing to explore and expand knowledge on an on-going basis
Willing to work based on the client's business work days and office hours.
