About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in marketing and selling high-ticket products. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to connect and build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals with high.NET-worth clients. Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-ticket product sales (luxury goods, real estate, automotive, technology, or similar industries).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong network and connections in the Malaysian and overseas market is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Capable to Identify ideal target potential clients for high-value products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
