• A minimum of 2 years or more experience in kitchen management (Eg: Leading a team of kitchen employee) before
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Must have own transportation
• Good communication skills and learning ability
• Proficient in the use and maintenance of various kitchen equipment

• Be familiar with the standardization and normalization of hot pot restaurant dishes, and control kitchen costs and food
• Carry out daily management of kitchen personnel, and conduct good control over employee scheduling and attendance
• Guide the proper maintenance, use and replacement of food and beverage service equipment
• Provide technical advice on problems arising in food quality control
• Be able to provide professional training for hot pot restaurant back kitchen positions
• Be familiar with the characteristics and usage of raw materials in hot pot restaurants, and be proficient in plate styles
• Arrange the order quantity reasonably and take stock inventory

• Basic Salary: UP TO RM 3,500 (Subject to IV and work experience)
• EPF + SOCSO + EIS
