About the Role

We are seeking an

experienced and highly capable HR Specialist

to take the lead in recruiting, managing, and developing a talented team of English-speaking professionals across multiple roles. This position requires someone with strong organizational and leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute hiring strategies to recruit high-quality, English-speaking candidates for multiple positions. Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Maintain employee databases, records, and documentation with accuracy and discretion. Support management in workforce planning, employee relations, and performance tracking. Implement HR systems, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and organization. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal company policies. Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

Experience is a must

in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a similar HR leadership role.

Excellent English fluency
