BowerBird is a tech company that helps architects get their work published. We are currently working on AI tools, and expanding into new sectors, whilst always supporting journalists to tell better stories about the built environment.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced SaaS Sales Manager to join our team and be a part of our exciting growth. This is a fully remote role, working with an international team.
As a SaaS Sales Manager at BowerBird, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage the sales process and team members to improve and increase outcomes
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and activity
- Identify and implement new sales opportunities and ideas
- Continually review Sales Meeting recordings to find improvements
- At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales management essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Flexible work-from-anywhere role (no centralised office or HQ)

Commissions are calculated using an upward sliding scale, meaning the more your team makes, the more you make \xe2\x80\x93 with potential for an outstanding Sales Manager to make up to AUD12,400/month in commissions. Details will be provided to applicants who reach the Interview stage.
At BowerBird, we offer a competitive base pay of MYR6,000/month, plus an exciting commission structure that rewards high performance.

Salary:
MYR6,000/month base pay with commission structure offering up to MYR36,000/month for quality, high-performance sales.
