Bhd.In this role you will\xe2\x80\xa6Accountability for the implementation of Haleon\'s commercial strategy (expert) to HCPLeading a team to ensure Haleon wins market share, achieves recommendation targets, and builds trusting and credible relationships.Ensuring optimal implementation of corporate selling tools (Expert Story), dental detailing effectiveness and detailing capability across the nationwide.Close cooperation with the Commercial teams for the implementation of activation plans.Partner with Commercial & Sales organizations to develop Expert programs that align with and support overall brand goals, as part of aligned market and customer activation plans for key brands.Accountability for achieving and monitoring KPIs.Leading the implementation and achievement of advocacy project learnings.Integration of market and HCP insights into channel strategy creation and area business planning.Leading a high-performing team through effective talent management and coaching. Building differentiated development plans that enable individuals to maximize their potential.Qualifications and skillsA bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree8 years of experience in Marketing/ Trade Marketing / Expert Team Management including Field Sales Management, ideally in FMCG or FMCH, Consumer Healthcare or Pharma industry experienceAdvanced understanding of consumer, shopper, and expert insights in the FMCH/ FMCG industry.Strong commercial and financial acumen negotiation/influencing/communication skills.Proven ability to manage high levels of complexity in a changing environment.Analytical skills - an ability to analyze industry competitors through use of available data.Results orientation, resilience, problem solving and decision making. Ability to create business solutions.Skills/Competencies:Territory & HCP management skills & People management skillsNegotiation skillsPresentation/communication skillsDevelopment of all staff ensuring continuous learning and implementation of best practice and develop direct reports.Generate action plans to correct areas of weakness and capitalize on areas of opportunity.
