This job will be part of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, which provides test and measurement solutions across a broad set of electronic industrial end markets, focusing on high-growth applications in the automotive and energy industries, and measurement solutions for consumer electronics, education and manufacturing, as well as semiconductor parametric testing, nano-positioning metrology and material science. The group provides electronic design and test software, instruments, and systems used in the simulation, design, validation, manufacturing, installation and optimization of electronic equipment.



About the Job:

Be part of the General Purpose Measurement Technology team, mainly design and develop world class measurement instruments such as Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter, Digital Power Supply and Function Generator.

About the Team:

R&D firmware development team who develops multiple new instrument products, uphold product firmware quality, and provide firmware feature enhancement after product launched.

Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, validate and maintain high quality firmware for Keysight general purpose measurement products using Agile methodologies.
-Design and implementation software algorithms, drivers from customer requirements
-Participate in product planning activities such as proof of concept, requirement definition, design implementation and user testing
-Support existing product firmware modification & features enhancement.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or equivalent required.
-High degree of problem-solving skills, solutions oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.

Desired Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of working experience in firmware development for junior level. And minimum 5 years for senior and above level.
-Experience in platform/application development using C/C++
-Good understanding of software development practices and software architecture
