Job Description


As an Expert Talent Advisor, you will be based in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office and will work closely with the hiring managers and business leaders. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to work on niche roles, use Randstad Sourceright tools to share market and data insights to diagnose problems, give advice and develop solutions with the support of your team.Our client is one of the big 4 accounting firms in the world and a leading global provider of audit and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax & legal, and related services.what you will do

  • Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support your stakeholders and business leaders
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements (workforce planning)
  • Initiate a range of sourcing activities to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client\'s current and future demands
  • Engage hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process.
  • Compliantly work within ATS to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real-time.
  • Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
  • Share market feedback and competitor intelligence to educate the hiring manager on supply & demandProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members of our Global Transformation Office
