With over 20 years of excellence in OEM Home Linen, Uniform, Apparel & Textile Products, Nature World Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Export & Business Development Executive to strengthen our global presence and drive international growth.

POSITION: Export & Business Development Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new international business opportunities through business matching with organizations such as MATRADE, MITI, and other trade agencies. Manage international correspondence and follow-ups with contacts obtained from trade exhibitions and business events. Plan, organize, and coordinate local and international exhibitions to promote the company's products. Develop and manage online export sales channels via platforms like Alibaba, Amazon, and other B2B portals. Prepare quotations, proposals, and export-related documentation as needed. Monitor international sales performance and provide periodic sales reports. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics) to support export orders and customer requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and business partners.
REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in export, international sales, or business development. Familiar with trade exhibitions, business matching programs, and export procedures. Experience in B2B e-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Amazon, etc.) preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage). Proactive, independent, and result-oriented personality. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required. Based at Kota Kemuning / Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
OTHER INFORMATION

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm (Mon to Fri) Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000 (Based on qualification & experience) Attractive incentives may be offered for international sales performance. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
