Job Description

:



Monitor and ensure timely preparation of

Bill of Lading (BL)

according to shipment cut-off dates. Liaise with

suppliers

to obtain complete and accurate shipping information and documentation details. Coordinate with

liner/shipping agents

for booking confirmation, BL issuance and shipment arrangements. Communicate with

customers

to obtain confirmation and approval for BL and other related documents. Prepare and arrange for

insurance coverage

for export shipments. Handle all

shipping documentation

, from

invoice preparation

up to

insurance documentation

. Ensure all shipment details are

accurate and tally

with supplier documents and system records. Maintain proper filing and documentation for all export-related records. Support logistics and export operations to ensure smooth shipment flow and timely delivery.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. At least 1-2 years of working experience in export/shipping documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with google sheet and google drive would be an advantages. Knowledge of BL, and export documentation is an advantage.

Memantau dan menyediakan

Bill of Lading (BL)

disiapkan tepat pada masanya mengikut

cut-off

penghantaran. Berurusan dengan

pembekal

bagi mendapatkan maklumat penghantaran dan butiran dokument yang lengkap serta tepat. Koordinasi dengan

syarikat perkapalan/penghantar (liner/shipping agents)

untuk pengesahan tempahan, pengeluaran BL dan penyusunan penghantaran. Berkomunikasi dengan

pelanggan

bagi mendapatkan pengesahan dan kelulusan BL serta dokumen berkaitan. Menyediakan dan menguruskan

insurans penghantaran eksport

. Mengendalikan semua

dokumen penghantaran

, daripada penyediaan

invois

hingga ke dokumen

insurans

. Memastikan semua butiran penghantaran adalah

tepat dan sepadan

dengan dokumen pembekal serta rekod dalam sistem. Menyimpan dan menyelenggara fail serta dokumentasi bagi semua rekod berkaitan eksport. Memberi sokongan kepada bahagian logistik dan operasi eksport bagi memastikan proses penghantaran berjalan lancar dan tepat pada waktunya.

Kelayakan:



Minimum Diploma dalam bidang

Perniagaan, Logistik, Rantaian Bekalan (Supply Chain)

atau bidang berkaitan. Sekurang-kurangnya

1-2 tahun pengalaman kerja

dalam dokumentasi eksport/perkapalan. Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan penyelarasan yang baik. Teliti, teratur dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan serta menepati tarikh akhir. Mahir menggunakan

Microsoft Office

, dan berpengetahuan dalam

Google Sheet

serta

Google Drive

adalah satu kelebihan. Pengetahuan dalam

BL (Bill of Lading)

dan dokumentasi eksport merupakan satu kelebihan.

Waktu Bekerja:


Isnin hingga Jumaat (9.00 pagi - 6.00 petang)
Sabtu (9.00 pagi - 1.00 tengah hari)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
