Export Executive/senior (hybrid Working)
Job Description
A leading MNC in the FMCG industry is looking for a Senior Export Executive and an Export Executive to join their team.Main Responsibilities:Provide assistance to the sales team to help meet sales targets, as well as ensure efficient sales activities.Maintain good relationships with clients by satisfying customer's needs, responding to their queries on time and delivering a positive customer experience.Address issues on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolve customer complaints.Explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and inventory.Coordinate with suppliers, distributors or other departments to make arrangements for events.Assist to develop new markets, plan and develop effective sales strategies to achieve goals and targets.Requirements:2-3 years of Export Business or Sales/Business Development experience (for Senior Export Executive position)Open to fresh graduates (for Export Executive position)Have a curiosity on the foreign culture and be open minded to different cultures.Equipped with logical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
