Your new company A leading MNC ingredient manufacturing organisation with over 80 years of history, is seeking an experienced and driven Export Sales Manager to lead their international sales efforts. Your new role You\'ll be responsible for developing the sales strategies for the company export activities and leading the expansion in the targeted markets, ensuring effective market penetration, enhance market presence and business growth. You\'ll also be conducting the professional presentations and product demonstrations to the client during the visits as well as providing the comprehensive market visit reports to the Regional Director. To be successful, you\'ll need to build good relationships with the existing customers and distributors, overseeing the financial aspects of export operations, drive the annual budgeting process and review the pricing structures regularly. What you\'ll need to succeed Candidate is preferably to have a Bachelor Degree in Business / Management or equivalent experiences or at least 8-10 years in international / export management in Food industry. You must possess strong quantitative, strategic and analytical skills as well as able strong communication and negotiation skills. Candidate needs to be w illing to travel overseas extensively.
