Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing of rubber thread used for multiple industries. The candidate will be based in their office in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities

• To assist the Sales Head/Sales Manager in all sales and market research activities for accounts around the globe.
• Formulate and implement marketing plans and develop new business opportunities and market niches.
• Assisting in preparing various sales and market reports.
• Co-ordinate and work across functional departments to ensure smooth sales operations and meeting of customers\' requirements.
• Attend to customers for all sales related matters (prepare quotation, sales processing, arrange sample/delivery, follow-up on payments, attend to quality complaints and follow-up on pending sales related issues etc.)
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit, Incoterms, DA, DP, DDU, DDP, CAD etc is compulsory.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments when required.
• Able to travel abroad on business trips is compulsory as and when required by the company.

• At least Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Mass Communication/Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Able to travel abroad on business trips when required.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of International/Export Trade.
• Excellent communication and business development skills.
• Self-motivated and aggressive in achieving sales target.
• A good team-player.
