We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Export Sales Operation Executive with strong Excel skills to support daily trading operations. The role focuses on accurate data entry, maintaining price lists, updating customer orders, and ensuring trading records are properly organized and up to date.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Input and update sales, purchase, and shipment data accurately in internal systems and Excel sheets.
Maintain and update price lists, customer order records, and product databases.
Prepare and process sales orders, purchase orders, packing lists and invoices.
Monitor and track order status, delivery schedules, and stock movement.
Maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets for order tracking, costing, and profit margin analysis.
Support management in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data management).
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, trading, or data entry roles.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive data tasks accurately.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
