Express Operations Coordinato

r is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of the station/branch. This includes monitoring and ensuring efficient and effective execution of pick-up and delivery activities, sorting and processing of consignments, and supporting the overall functions of the station/branch. The role ensures operational compliance, service quality, and smooth coordination between drivers, warehouse teams, customer service, and management.

Key Activities / Accountabilities

Oversee consignment processing activities, including sorting, scanning, and tracking, to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct weekly performance reviews with all stations and develop action plans for continuous improvement. Monitor and update major account activities to ensure service standards are met. Follow up and update OST & UNDEL (SC/FD/DU) status on a daily basis. Coordinate collection and arrangement for Delivery Order (DO) returns. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and accurate pickups, deliveries, and documentation in accordance with SOPs. Resolve operational issues promptly to prevent service disruptions and maintain service quality. Communicate service-impacting information clearly and quickly to relevant stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in express, courier, logistics, or operations coordination. Strong understanding of pick-up and delivery (PUDO) operations and consignment handling. Good communication skills (verbal & written). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and basic reporting. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask. Knowledge of route planning, scanning systems, or courier platforms is an added advantage.
