We encourage you to apply and the moment we have a suitable position for your profile, the Recruitment Team will contact you as soon as possible.ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESReporting to the Trade Compliance Counsel (London), the role holder will work in a dynamic, exciting, fast-paced environment and will be expected to work collaboratively, demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills, and engage confidently and confidently and effectively with stakeholders.The candidate shall promote a strong compliance culture globally and drive consistency in how risks are managed globally in the related areas, constantly striving for a robust and sustainable compliance programme. A proactive and flexible attitude is required, with sound analytical judgment and the ability to work under pressure and resolve unexpected and varied demands. Strategic and creative thinking ability, commitment, and resilience are expected.What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organisation?The successful candidate will act as a compliance team member and specialist in compliance technologies, supporting the enabling of related compliance programs to ensure that commercial objectives are delivered with integrity and in compliance and that BAT\'s third-party base meets compliance requirements for a UK based PLC. By applying a role and risk-based approach, you will strive to achieve constant and sustainable awareness levels of the related compliance and business fields within the LEX and the business communities.WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Reporting to the Business Integrity & Compliance Team.
• Day-to-day operational management, change management and incident management of compliance solutions: Coupa Risk Assess
• Support the configuration of data-driven compliance strategies and initiatives to ensure best-in-class third-party due diligence
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to identify compliance risks and develop proactive solutions with indicating technologies (i.e. Coupa Risk Assess) to mitigate those risks.
• Maintenance of compliance-related data models and dashboards, using statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance data into existing data systems and processes.
• Support the implementation of compliance-related data quality controls and data validation processes.
• Continuously monitor and analyse compliance-related data to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to implement corrective actions and/or develop mitigation strategies as needed.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEExperience Required

• 3+ years of experience, preferably in a compliance-related role.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing consumable data structures and dashboards using statistical techniques.
• Experience in developing, designing and managing compliance solutions with adaptive technologies

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

• Experience working with large datasets and data validation processes.
• Independent and experience in a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Law, Business Administration or similar
