What you'll be doing * Optimizing and maintaining extrusion and molding machines to ensure consistent product quality and high productivity
- Troubleshooting issues with equipment and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Conducting failure analysis and root cause investigations to prevent recurring defects
- Providing technical support and training to machine operators
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an extrusion or molding engineering role, preferably in the medical devices or similar regulated industry
- Proven track record of optimizing and troubleshooting extrusion and molding processes
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality management systems and experience in root cause analysis
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
