Fa Senior Engineer (quality Dept)
Job Description
First Article Inspection:
Conduct detailed inspections and measurements of first articles to verify compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.*
Document findings and generate inspection reports outlining any discrepancies or areas for improvement.*
Process Validation:
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to validate injection moulding processes for new products.*
Identify and resolve any process-related issues that may affect product quality or manufacturability.*
Data Analysis:
Analyze inspection data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvements.*
Use statistical methods and tools to support decision-making and quality assessments.*
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of first article inspections, test results, and compliance with standards.*
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management and stakeholders summarizing findings and recommendations.*
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project requirements.*
Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and quality considerations.*
Problem Solving:
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues that arise during the first article evaluation process.*
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.*
Experience in quality assurance or engineering within the injection moulding industry.*
Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and quality control methodologies.*
Proficient in inspection tools and techniques, including dimensional measurement and statistical analysis.*
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills..*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 per month
