JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- P5 - Inspect products for defects or deviations from specifications
- Perform cosmetic and dimensional inspection of First Piece Inspection (FPI) sample and IPQC sample using approved measurement equipment
- To ensure all parts produced to meet specifications and to always refer to part Quality Standard Instruction (QSI)
- Report all dimensional defects detected to IPQC inspectors or leaders for improvement
- Ensure all identification of Accept, On-Hold, and Reject FPI and IPQC sample is done as per requirements
- To prepare FA and Dimensional inspection records and properly keep the record for references
- Secondary Education / SRP / PMR and above (Local) / SLC (Foreigner)
- Able to understand GSI and part specification
- Able to read, speak and understand basic English.
