Job Description


Requirements:

  • Secondary Education / SRP / PMR and above (Local) / SLC (Foreigner)
  • Able to understand GSI and part specification
  • Able to read, speak and understand basic English.
Scopes:
  • P5 - Inspect products for defects or deviations from specifications
  • Perform cosmetic and dimensional inspection of First Piece Inspection (FPI) sample and IPQC sample using approved measurement equipment
  • To ensure all parts produced to meet specifications and to always refer to part Quality Standard Instruction (QSI)
Report all dimensional defects detected to IPQC inspectors or leaders for improvement * Ensure all identification of Accept, On-Hold, and Reject FPI and IPQC sample is done as per requirements
  • To prepare FA and Dimensional inspection records and properly keep the record for references
