Job Description

Primary Function:

Assist the Q&R engineer and perform the following activities:

Reliability

Failure Analysis

Preventive Maintenance

Calibration

Operate and maintain the Q&R equipment in the laboratory and the line

Qualification:

1. Diploma in Engineering/Science Principles or Equivalent

2. 1 year working experience in Laboratory Operation Environment

3.. Knowledge in Semiconductor FA

4. Able to work under minimum supervision

Description of Duties:

1. External/Internal inspection on failure device

2. Perform X-ray Inspection

3. Decapsulation / cross section analysis

4. FA report compilation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM3,080.59 per month
