Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for Process Improvement / Project Specialist across various Function (AR/AP/RTR)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change
• Prepare proposal to harmonise / standardise processes
• To Identify process inefficiency and non-standardise process
• To lead and work with operation team and other department within the company on process improvement projects.
• To lead / assist in Robotic Process Automation / cost saving plans
• Lead / Assist on Continuous Improvement (CI) project and plans
• To liaise and engage with other relevant parties when any Continuous Improvement (CI) process has been identified and require to be implemented

Main Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of working experience, with prior experience in any process improvement / standardisation project across either AP / AR or Accounting (RTR)
• Process Automation or Project Standardisation process or Continuous Improvement experience is REQUIRED
• Someone who is innovative with critical thinking
• Have knowledge of end to end process for Account Receivable
• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
• Excellent analytical thinking skills with the initiative to voice out opinion
• Experience working in a shared service centre (SSC) will be advantageous
• Exposure to SAP will be great
