Tender projects and cost mangement of on going projects.
Prepare Bills of Quantities, Sub-Contract agreement, Purchase Orders,progress claim.
Assist the project team in the preparation of, EOT, acceleration, prolongation and other cost claims etc.
Prepare variations, final accounts of Sub-Contract and negotiation with different parties.
Attend meeting and site walk as and when required.
Other duties as assigned.
