Job Description
- Knowledge in air-con system, building maintenance, plumbing, drainage system, fire fighting, PA system etc will be an advantage.
- Computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. .
- Good communication skills and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Team player and able to multi-tasking.
- Performing routine repair and maintenance activities in and around the club and swimming pool cleaning and maintenance.
- To practice proper Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Programs so as break-down and disruptions are eliminated or minimized.
- Implementation and execution of all Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Programs for the club.
- To inspect the facilities daily to ensure the facilities and equipment are in proper working order.
- Coordinate and prepare equipment as requested for all meetings, banquets and misc. events.
- Interface with other departments to ensure proper set up for successful coordination of events.
- To prepare and follow a maintenance schedule to ensure maintenance work is routine.
- Closely monitor and control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Perform any other tasks as and when assigned.
