Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-



1. Assist in coordinating maintenance, repair, and service works for building facilities and equipment.

2. Assist in monitoring stock levels for facility-related supplies and initiate replenishment when needed.

3. Provide administrative support during facility audits, inspections, or project activities.

4. Raise and follow up on job requests, purchase requisitions, and permit of works

5. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and contractor attendance

6. Colabrate with other departments to support their facility-related needed

7. Maintain and organize filing systems for facility-related documents, reports, and correspondence.

8. Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently; provide information or assistance where possible and ensure timely communication with relevant departments

9. Greet and attend to visitors, contractors, and vendors in a professional manner.

10. Cover Receptionist job by answering the incoming call.

11. Understand on the requirements for a QMS, Including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.

12. Any other task assigned by superior from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
