In 2017, Malaysia contributed sales of RM 615 million (127 million euro) and employed more than 2,800 associates.Responsible to coordinate soft FM portfolio i.e., management of plant wide:-

  • Cleaning and Landscaping service including budget planning, cost control and execution according to the approved contract agreement.
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendor for cleaning activities for offices, production floor, warehouse, building compound, all toilets, canteen, prayer rooms and other areas.
  • Update/review the cleaning frequencies and effectiveness based on existing cleaning checklist and schedule.
  • To coordinate and manage consumables usage i.e., tissue, hand soap including budgeting, ordering, and invoicing(verification).
  • To prepare /update cleaning job scope/machineries/consumables list and coordinate with purchasing department for contract renewal including issuance of purchase requisition, purchase order and invoice verification.
  • To coordinate and liaise with logistic team on the domestic and industrial waste management including scrap materials.
  • To always ensure plantwide tidiness including public holiday/operation shutdown.
  • To attend any customer complaint/feedback or urgent request i.e. toilet breakdown.
  • Pest control service including budget planning, cost control and execution according to the forecast budget
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendor for weekly, monthly, and upon request pest control inspection including rodent, ant, roaches, cats and wild animal prevention plan within the premises.
  • Review and verify on the provided weekly service report (Form H) by service provider.
  • To ensure pest control management system is well managed and plantwide is free from pest/cats/wild animal.
  • To attend any customer complaint/feedback or urgent request i.e., irregular population of ants inside building.
  • Coordinate and lead canteen services operation by planning, design, maintenance and serve hygienic and quality food to all associates in Robert Bosch Power Tools.
  • Define, develop or update the Work Instruction and Operation Procedure for canteen services.
  • Responsible for canteen services budget planning, cost control and execution according to the forecast budget.
  • Defines and develop canteen service KPI (Key Performance Index) and update monthly before the issuance of Invoice based on agreed KPI\'s checklist with the involvement of Union\'s representative, HSE(Health, Safety & Environment),HRL (Human Resource) etc.
  • To be a window person and subject matter expert in canteen services and related activities.
  • Maintain good hygiene and always serve quality food and ensure that all inventory and canteen equipment have preventive maintenance records.
  • Provide one stop solution for customer on canteen services.
  • Manage and coordinate Electronic Payment Online System EPOS (Uniware) including replacement of damage card and assignment of new card for new hires.
  • Convenience store utilities and operation is available during operation
  • Involve in all related Audit: Internal and External. Ensure all open findings related to this audit are close in a timely manner.
  • Be part of Cluster Service Team under Global Real Estate (GR) team members.
  • responsible for yearly renewal of permitting related to local authority requirement i.e., quit rent (cukai tanah),tax assessment (cukai taksiran),and other related licenses.
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendor for secured data and documents disposal including commercial i.e. budgeting, purchase requisition, purchase order and invoices verification.
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendor for servicing of potable water (water dispenser) including commercial i.e., invoices verification and approval.
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendor for vending machine service i.e. equipment buyoff, faulty machine reporting. This also including to attend any complaint/feedback from associate related to vending machine operation, type of F&B selection and prices.
  • Associate\'s locker management.
  • collaborate with cross functional other FCM team members to identify potential risk or improvement needed to ensure FCM department supporting other departments to avoid production interruption.
  • To coordinate on any IT and fixed asset management related matters for FCM departments.
  • Support and work towards achieving the department goals and other related work assigned by the Superior i.e. FCM department related stationary, birthday gift, uniform & safety shoe collection and distribution, FCM associate welfare including event organization.
  • Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties for fleet management for company cars and management of business mobile phones.
Qualifications
  • Must Possess at least bachelor\'s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2- 3 years relevant working experience as Facility management / Engineer, F&B Supervisor or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and proficient in written & spoken English.
  • Skills - MS Office, MS Project, Auto-Cad is added advantage.
  • Self-driven leadership, Independent, strong interpersonal communication, analytical problem-solving skills, self-motivated person, result oriented & team player.
