The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible to assist and facilitate the Facilities Management services scope of work
Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
Support compliance with JLL minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures
Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary
Ensure the working area is safe and clean
Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.
Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized office.
Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer serviceQualification & Experience Required:Diploma in equivalent or any related fieldAt least 3 years of related experienceAble to generate management reportFamiliar with CMMS systemClient orientatedManaging manpowerAble to manage Vendor / SupplierGood in time management.Fluency in English (written & verbal)Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Selangor, MalaysiaJLL Privacy NoticeJLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
