Administration Manage all paper and electronic documents in line with The Client filing structure guideline and conduct random quality checks. Manage master register of all contact lists including emergency contact lists, master vendors contact lists and critical vendors contact list and conduct random checks. Manage a register of all The Client standards documentation. Manage financial process all service vendor and contactor invoices and payment. Maintain and report staff attendance hours. Helpdesk Responding to user request in timely manner and support as needed Updating & managing information in service ticketing system Ordering & Purchasing supplies Manage internal company-wide equipment inventory and order management in coordination with replenishment staff to ensure that we do not run out of stock. Ordering the business cards and access cards for new employees each month in timely and accurate manner Event & orientation setup Preparing and supporting the set-up of new employee orientation and company-wide meetings. Other Support As Team Member Assist in the management of vendor operation on site Assist in the management of facility management including communication with building management company, cabinet & key management etc. Energy and Environmental Management Assist in managing documents required by relevant authorities. Minimum two year\'s experiences in facilities, helpdesk services, building services of facilities management. English skill (Speaking and Writing) Presentation Skill, team management skill, and project management skill are required. Proficient in MS Office, and MS SharePoint
