Facilities Engineer
Job Description
Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance on a variety of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and disruptions
Coordinating with external service providers and contractors for major repairs or renovations
Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and asset management
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Providing technical support and advice to other departments as needed
Participating in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans and strategies
Requirement
Diploma in Engineering, with a focus on Facilities Management, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering 3-5 years of experience in a similar facilities maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment maintenance Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
