Open Position: Facilities Manager (IT Based Company)

An IT Based Company is currently hiring a Facilities Manager to come and join them in the Selangor Company.

Key responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 Possess at least a diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field.

\xc2\xb7 More than 2 years working experience in the related field.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the use of resources and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage facility budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard company assets, employees, and visitors.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities, health, and safety.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance, repairs, and expenditures.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
