Job Description

The position oversees operations and maintenance procedures, manages outsource contracts and providers for various services, and ensures cost-effective solutions. It also involves preparing budgets, operation manuals, and SOPs, managing client relationships, and maintaining compliance with company policies and ESG/SDG standards.Develop and manage the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including implementing predictive, reactive, or preventive maintenance procedures.Manage outsource contracts and service providers for various services such as security, maintenance, enhancements, and development, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural systems.Prepare budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for facility management operations.Prepare and oversee operation manuals and SOPs, including implementing maintenance procedures for assigned assets/facilities.Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, establishing a Facility Management System and related apps.Oversee energy-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.Working with a high performing team|Supportive Leaders and BOD

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, E&E, Real Estate, Property Management or any relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in facilities management both hard and soft services.
• Preferably someone with experience in property/facilities management company.
