DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF FACILITIES MANAGER



1. Responsible for the entire Department under Facilities Management.

2. Manage and maintain all assets and facilities under the management of Sayong Resort Sdn. Bhd.

3. Manage all matters involving the planning and development of Sayong Resort Sdn Bhd assets and facilities.

4. Supervise and guide employees to carry out their duties well.

5. Manage and supervise external contractors and vendors well.

6. Plan and manage the maintenance of assets and facilities regularly and practice preventive maintenance.

7. Ensure that business operations run smoothly.

8. Ensure that department expenses are well maintained and optimal.

9. Manage the department with existing SOPs and improve SOPs from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS



? Possess Degree in Engineering or similar course.

? Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities Management/ Hospitality Industry.

? Minimum 2 years in supervisory or management role.

? Highly independent, organised and detail oriented

? Enthusiastic in learning and growth.

? Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.

? Good time management and able to meet tight deadlines.

? Positive working attitude, disciplined and strong sense of responsibility

? Have a good command or Bahasa Malaysia and English

? Preferably candidates who are able to join us immediately or within short notice.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB 'FACILITIES MANAGER'



1. Bertanggungjawab ke atas keseluruhan Jabatan di bawah Facilities Management.

2. Mengurus dan memelihara semua aset dan fasiliti di bawah pengurusan Sayong Resort Sdn Bhd.

3. Mengurus semua urusan melibatkan perancangan dan pembangunan aset dan fasiliti Sayong Resort Sdn Bhd.

4. Menyelia dan membimbing pekerja-pekerja untuk menjalankan tugas dengan baik.

5. Mengurus dan menyelia kontraktor dan vendor luar dengan baik.

6. Merancang dan menguruskan penyelenggaraan aset dan fasiliti secara berkala.

7. Memastikan operasi perniagaan berjalan dengan lancar.

8. Memastikan perbelanjaan jabatan dijaga dengan baik dan optimum.

9. Menguruskan jabatan dengan SOP sedia ada dan menambah baik SOP dari masa ke semasa.

9. Berpengalaman kerja di dalam industri perhotelan/pengurusan fasiliti atau yang berkaitan sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun.

KELAYAKAN



? Memiliki Ijazah dalam bidang Kejuruteraan atau kursus yang serupa.

? Pengalaman minimum 5 tahun dalam Pengurusan Fasiliti/ Industri Hospitaliti.

? Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman penyeliaan atau pengurusan.

? Berdikari, teratur dan berorientasikan perincian

? Bersemangat dalam belajar.

? Berorientasikan ketelitian, bermotivasi diri dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari.

? Pengurusan masa yang baik.

? Sikap kerja yang positif, berdisiplin dan bertanggungjawab.

? Mempunyai penguasaan Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris yang baik

? Keutamaan kepada calon yang dapat menyertai kami dengan segera atau dalam masa yang singkat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
