Position Overview / ????

We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Infrastructure (FAC) Manager with a strong background in the semiconductor industry. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe daily factory operations. The incumbent will oversee infrastructure planning and construction, facility operations management, utilities supply, and safety compliance. The position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-precision semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities / ????

Lead planning, design, and construction management for new build, expansion, and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. ?????????????????????????????????????? Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure systems, including building facilities, equipment, electrical systems, pipelines, waste-water treatment, ensuring reliability and safety.

Optimize utilities consumption (water, electricity, gas); implement energy-saving and cost-reduction measures.

Requirements / ????

Oversee environmental systems (e.g., exhaust, effluent treatment) to ensure compliance with Malaysian and international environmental standards. Manage external contractors, vendors, and service providers; control procurement cost and ensure service quality. Ensure compliance with Malaysian OSHA, Environmental Quality Act, building codes, and ISO standards; lead safety audits and risk assessments. Develop and conduct emergency response plans and drills. Collaborate cross-functionally to support production, engineering, and corporate initiatives. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related fields. ?????????????????????????? 8-10 years of facility management experience in manufacturing; minimum 3 years in team leadership.

Strong understanding of Malaysian infrastructure regulations (e.g., CIDB), environmental requirements, and fire protection standards.
