In this role, the successful applicant will function as the account lead to ensure timely and quality maintenance deliverables of services rendered by OCS to its Client at a Data Center site located near the Gelang Patah vicinity of Johor. He/She is expected to possess strong techno-commercial and people skills to ensure high quality and timely service deliverables to our Client:

: Manage and achieve both commercial and technical KPIs that have been set out for managing this 24/7/365 premise.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1) Lead and manage OCS maintenance team and ensure that all scheduled PPM and rectification works are completed in a timely and effective manner.
2) Monitor vendor maintenance contracts to ensure appropriate processes are followed to maintain contracted services.
3) Manage the maintenance and upkeep of data centre. This includes the Power (electrical distribution, TX units, UPS, batteries, generators, VFD, etc), Mechanical (CRAH, CRAC, FCU, ACSU, Chillers, auxiliary CHW system, HEX, etc), ELV (BAS, BMS, CCTV, door access), Firefighting and protection systems, and other critical systems. Ensure that issues are promptly and professionally attended to and resolved.
4) Create and implement a disaster recovery plan to ensure that the data centre can quickly recover in the event of a disaster.
5) Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of the data centre infrastructure, equipment, processes, and providing reports to management and relevant stakeholders when needed
6) Project management: Oversee various projects related to data centre, such as upgrades, expansions, and maintenance activities.
7) Accountable for managing the budget for OCS's operations and ensuring that costs are controlled within budget limits.
8) Collaborate with OCS System Engineers and Client representatives to identify and develop remedies for identified risks (eg, security, equipment downtime, etc).
9) Liaise with Client representatives and relevant authoritative bodies for necessary permit and/or license renewals (eg, liaison with BOMBA for FC renewal, liaison with ST for electric fence licence, etc)
10) Oversee the preparation of a standby duty roster to cater for Public Holiday / Festival seasons to ensure a team is available at all times
11) Implement internal call tree tests on a scheduled basis to ensure all team members remain alert and vigilant to emergency responses outside of office hours
12) Oversee preparation daily/ weekly updates and monthly reports, and review prior to meetings with Client. This will require daily site walks and verification as part of the preparation process.

9) Possesses deep knowledge of Malaysian statutory and regulatory requirements relating to the Facilities Management industry
Qualification Requirement
The individual whom we seek should possess the following:
1) Degree in any Engineering / Science / Facilities Management or other technical field of study
2) Possesses at least 5 years of O&M experience in critical facilities (preferably Electrical and Electronics) or 10 years in other facilities
3) Ability to communicate in Mandarin both in oral and in written forms is a significant advantage
4) Highly familiar with O&M related MEPF system jargons (eg, ACMV, CDA, CRAC, TX, etc) and units of measurement (eg, PPM, PSI, etc)
5) Self-driven, innovative and independently drive assigned tasks to satisfactory completion in an output-based environment
6) Willing to be on standby and respond outside of office hours
