This role is responsible for managing the facilities, real estate, and safety strategies for the key growth markets in the ASEAN region. The position ensures that all facilities meet global standards, are cost-effective, and provide a safe and efficient working environment for employees

• Manage daily operations of facility maintenance and services to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee engineering and manufacturing-related facility projects within the life science sector.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain facility standards.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, including cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide leadership and support to the facilities team to achieve operational goals.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management on facility performance and improvements.

A successful Facilities Officer Manager should have:
