• Experience: Facilities Management: 2 Years (Preferred)
• Willingness To Travel: 25% (Preferred)

• Responsible in managing employee hostel and security.
• Ensure hostel residents adhere to the hostel rules and regulations.
• Attend to issues or emergencies at the hostels.
• Liaise with the relevant government agencies on hostel matters.
• Identify facilities enhancements, and able to clearly define scope of work of facilities repairs and
• Replacements needed.
• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Inspect buildings\' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Supervise external contractors.
• Investigate on all complaints raised on facilities and hostels. To ensure that repairs are done in a
• Timely manner.
• Sourcing of vendors and quotations.
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
• Work with safety officer to ensure site is fully compliance with authorities\' rules and regulations,
• Including but not limited to coordination of emergency drills, and awareness campaigns.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time-to-time by administration manager.
• Perform dispatch duties as when required.
