Job Description

s:

Conduct routine inspections of plant facilities to assess their condition and identify any required repairs. Improve machine utilization and reduce downtime to achieve maximum productivity. Optimize machine performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure the safety of operations, machinery, and surrounding areas. Coordinate all installation, maintenance, setup, and repair activities. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks. Identify machinery-related production issues and provide recommendations or improvement plans to management. Complete maintenance tasks when necessary, with proper planning and guidance provided. Oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of assigned facilities and related systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Manage and arrange maintenance and repair works for buildings, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projects. Handle facility service requests and ensure they are completed within deadlines and in compliance with food safety and quality standards. Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels and cultures. Good understanding and knowledge of safety protocols. Able to prioritize work, multitask, and solve problems effectively. Must be willing to work in Seberang Perai Tengah.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
