JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and associated equipment
- Oversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety and waste management.
- In charge of building facilities repairs and maintenance with proper recording
- Ensure facilities and Fire Safety Equipment are in good working conditions and in compliance to EHS rules and regulations
- Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Maintain good housekeeping at work and ensure that all operational equipment are functioning and good follow up on all repairs or maintenance matters
- To ensure all technical issues are identified and handled efficiently
- Manage and supervise external maintenance vendors
- Report any hazard / incident to the immediate supervisor
- Ensure Ethic rules and regulations are complied
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly & yearly office maintenance schedule servicing follow up with Vendor
- Liase & monitoring with external cleaner to ensure office in tip top condition & beverage replenish.
- Lead in facility renovation and construction work
- Participate in audits on safety and facility areas
- Assist in orders materials, part, and tools that needed.
- Liaison with vendor / supplier of any regarding building maintenance work when necessary.
- Responsible for corrective, preventive maintenance to facilities equipment, energy optimization, common system improvement and ensure facilities utilities support production with minimum / no production downtime.
- Timely renewal of licenses and certificates, submission of service
- Carry out monthly/quarterly periodic inspections on assigned properties with standard checklist, identify any defects or irregularities and follow up with contractor on necessary repair
- Develop maintenance program and tracking.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidates must possess a Diploma in Electronics & Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with typically 10-15 years relevant experience
- Preferably with more than 10 years of facilities experience
- Good in supervising and able to work together with technician
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in electronics or related industry is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and carry out routine
- Motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Able to provide ideal to solve problem.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with equipment and automation system troubleshooting
- Able to attend to any breakdown day and night shift
