Job Description

:

Perform routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.). Carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules. Diagnose and repair issues in building systems, fixtures, and equipment. Support office and facility moves, installations, and set-ups. Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance tools, supplies, and spare parts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Respond promptly to service requests and facility-related emergencies. Work with external vendors and contractors when specialized services are required. Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in related fields. At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields. Able to work shift duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
